The EVENT PROGRAMME

The registration numbers for the event have reached the Club House allowable capacity. We apologize for not being able to accommodate more bowlers or any social members. We remind those who registered and did not pay yet that the final date is Thursday, September 15

BOWLING 1:00 - 4:00
- Open Draw Games and it is not necessary to attend the dinner. 
- Two Games, 8 Ends each
- $2 entry fee to bowl either 1 or 2 games
- Game 1 Tags at 12:45
- Game 2 Tags at 2:30
- $30 Prize for 2 teams in each game

In case of rain, bowling will be cancelled and the Event will start at 4:00 p.m.

HAPPY HOUR 4:00 - 5:00
- Gourmet Appetizers
- Bar stays open until 6:30

DINNER 5:00 - 5:45
- Grilled Salmon and Shrimp, Mashed Potatoes, Greek Salad and Dessert

50/50 and DOOR PRIZES 5:45 - 6:30

AWARDS 6:30
- Presented by Games Leader, Graham Mason



REGISTRATION and PAYMENTS
- Registration will be on priority basis due to limited indoor capacity in case of rain
- PAYMENT IS AT THE CLUB BAR AND SHOULD BE DONE BY SEPTEMBER 15
